How We Respond

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content has been removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any legal action relating to the counter-notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice that they have filed an action seeking a court order against you within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
